- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 100G Green Chillies - 100g
- Pack Tray Of 30 Medium Free Range Eggs
- 180G Otafuku Okonomiyaki Takoyaki Powder, 180G
- - Chilli Powder Rajah
- - Tata Salt
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- - Jalpur Coriander Powder Dhana Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 lb ground beef, 1 lb finely chopped onion, 2 finely chopped green chilies, 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves, 2 oz flour, 1 beaten egg, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 1/2 tsp coriander powder.
- 2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to the mixture and mix again.
- 3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into flat patties.
- 4. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
