Ingredients
- 2.5 Kg Casa Marrazzo Organic Chopped Tomatoes, 2.5Kg
- 450G Pack'D Organic Super Sweet Sweetcorn
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- - Old India Coriander Leaves
- 400G Epicure Organic Red Kidney Beans
- 250G Holland & Barrett Nutritional Yeast Flakes
- - Mccormick Cumin Powder
- 40G Terre Exotique "Extra" Turmeric Powder, 40G
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. In a medium-sized saucepan, add 2 cups of diced tomatoes, 1 cup of cooked kidney beans, and 1 cup of sweet corn kernels.
- 2. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of nutritional yeast, 1 tsp of cumin powder, and 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder over the ingredients.
- 3. Stir well and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 4. Adjust seasoning with 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp of black pepper, mixing thoroughly.
- 5. Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh cilantro leaves and paired with warm flatbread or rice.
