Ingredients
- 500 G Jack'S Cauliflower Florets
- 470 G Dabur Organic Ghee
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add 500 g of cauliflower florets and cook for 4 to 6 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- 2. Drain the cauliflower thoroughly and allow it to cool slightly. Chop the florets into coarse pieces or slice them thinly, depending on your preference.
- 3. In a heavy skillet, melt 3 tbsp of ghee over very low heat.
- 4. Add the chopped cauliflower to the skillet and toss gently to coat it evenly with the ghee. Cook on low heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower absorbs most of the ghee.
- 5. Season the cauliflower with 1/2 tsp of salt for a subtle aromatic flavor.
- 6. Squeeze 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice over the cauliflower, toss lightly, and serve warm.
