- 60G Terre Exotique Black Sao Tome Pepper, 60G
- 500 Ml Sesame Oil 10 Litres
- 350G Natoora Large New Season Unwaxed Lemons
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
- 1 Kg Tate & Lyle Granulated Sugar
- - Tata Salt
- 500 Ml Belazu Mediterranean Blend Oil
Instructions
- 1. In a blender, combine 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 3 tbsp salad oil, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 3 tbsp lemon juice, and the juice of 1 lemon.
- 2. Blend thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and emulsified.
- 3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding a pinch more salt or sugar to balance flavors.
- 4. Transfer the dressing to a serving bowl or jar.
- 5. Serve on fresh salads, garnished with toasted sesame seeds or slivered almonds for added crunch.
