  • 1.5 kg Green Fine Beans 1X1.5Kg
  • 1 Bunch Fresh Dill (Bunch)
  • - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
  • 250G Holland & Barrett Nutritional Yeast Flakes
  • 70G Mill & Mortar Citrus Salt Flakes, 70G

Instructions

  1. 1. Lay 500 g of green beans flat in a large pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes until tender.
  2. 2. Drain the green beans and allow them to cool completely.
  3. 3. In a separate pot, combine 5 cups of lemon juice, 1/2 cup of salt, and 2 tablespoons of dill. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring to dissolve the salt.
  4. 4. Pack the cooled green beans into sterilized pint jars, standing the beans upright.
  5. 5. Add a pinch of nutritional yeast to each jar for a subtle aromatic flavor.
  6. 6. Pour the boiling lemon juice and dill mixture over the green beans in the jars, ensuring the beans are fully submerged.
  7. 7. Seal the jars tightly and allow them to cool to room temperature before storing.
