- 220 Ml The Coconut Collab Plant-Based Double Cream
- - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
- - Wilton Wholefoods Cardamom Powder 10g
- - RealFoodSource Saffron Strands
Instructions
- 1. Combine 2 cups heavy cream and 1 1/2 cups sugar in a medium-sized saucepan.
- 2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it becomes golden brown and reaches the soft ball stage (approximately 235°F or 112°C).
- 3. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder, and a pinch of saffron strands to the mixture.
- 4. Continue to cook the mixture, stirring gently, until it again reaches the soft ball stage.
- 5. Drop spoonfuls of the praline mixture onto a greased tray or parchment paper, spreading each into a 1/4-inch thick mound about 4 inches in diameter.
- 6. Allow the pralines to cool and harden completely at room temperature.
- 7. Once hardened, gently lift each praline using a spatula.
- 8. Store the pralines in an airtight container with wax paper between layers to prevent sticking.
