- 350G Typically Daylesford Organic Chicken Breasts
- 150G Fage Total 0% Greek Strained Yoghurt With Honey
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 60G Mill & Mortar Organic Salt Of Hearts, 60G
- - Schwartz Paprika
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- 2. In a bowl, mix together 1 cup plain yogurt, 3 teaspoons chopped chives, 1 minced clove of garlic, a pinch of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon salt until well combined.
- 3. Carefully cut a pocket into each of the 4 chicken breasts along the side, being cautious not to cut all the way through.
- 4. Fill each chicken breast pocket with the yogurt mixture, ensuring an even distribution. Reserve any leftover mixture.
- 5. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the remaining yogurt mixture over the top of the chicken.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- 7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve immediately for a delicious and protein-packed dinner.
