- 1 Kg Caputo Cuor Di Cerali, 1Kg
- 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
- - Schwartz Coriander Leaf Jar
- 40G Terre Exotique "Extra" Turmeric Powder, 40G
- 70G Mill & Mortar Citrus Salt Flakes, 70G
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 100 G Rajah Garam Masala
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of flour, 1/4 teaspoon of hing, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water to form a smooth batter.
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 3. Dip 4 thin slices of tomato into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
- 4. Place the coated tomato slices in the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- 5. Remove the fried tomato slices from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
- 6. Serve the golden tomato pancakes warm, garnished with fresh coriander leaves if desired.
