- 1 lb Produce Unbranded Okra 1 Lb.
- 1 Kg Yellow/White Onion 1kg
- 653G Mccain Baby Hasselback Potatoes Salt & Pepper
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 60G Mill & Mortar Organic Salt Of Hearts, 60G
Instructions
- 1. Wash and trim 1 1/2 cups of okra, then slice them into small pieces.
- 2. Peel and dice 2 medium potatoes into small cubes.
- 3. Finely chop 1 medium onion.
- 4. Heat 1/4 cup of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 5. Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- 6. Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 7. Add the sliced okra to the skillet, season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and stir well.
- 8. Cover the skillet and cook on low heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
- 9. Remove the lid and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow any excess moisture to evaporate.
- 10. Serve hot as a side dish or a light main course.
