- 1.5 Kg Natco Cornmeal Medium, 1.5Kg
- 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
- - Tata Salt
- - Schwartz Paprika
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 100 G Rajah Garam Masala
Instructions
- 1. Slice 3 large tomatoes into thick crosswise slices and set them aside.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of cornmeal, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, and a pinch of garam masala for added flavor.
- 3. Coat each tomato slice thoroughly with the dry mixture, ensuring an even layer on all sides.
- 4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully drop the coated tomato slices into the oil and fry them until they turn golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
