- 1 Kg Caputo Cuor Di Cerali, 1Kg
- 6 X 1 L Candia Just Milk Semi Skimmed
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- - Tata Salt
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- - Schwartz Paprika
Instructions
- 1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together 2 cups of flour and 1 3/4 cups of milk until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
- 2. Add 3 teaspoons of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of paprika to the batter. Mix well to evenly distribute the spices.
- 3. Heat a shallow layer of oil in a frying pan over medium heat until it is hot but not smoking.
- 4. Using a spoon, drop small portions of the batter into the hot oil, ensuring they are spaced apart to avoid sticking.
- 5. Fry the fritters for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- 6. Serve the fritters warm with a side of chutney or yogurt for dipping.
