- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup tomato juice, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Mix well to form a spiced tomato sauce.
- 3. Cut 500 g paneer into thick slices or cubes. Dip each piece of paneer into the tomato sauce, ensuring it is well coated.
- 4. Arrange the coated paneer pieces in a single layer in a baking dish.
- 5. Pour any remaining tomato sauce over the paneer in the dish.
