Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup pumpkin seed flour, 1 cup breadcrumbs, 4 beaten eggs, 1 finely chopped onion, and 1 packet of mixed herbs. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- 3. Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- 4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly fry the patties on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
