- 500G White Pearl Italian Pudding Rice 500g
- 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
- 1 L Itsu Sesame Chicken Broth For Noodles For 4
- 60G Mill & Mortar Organic Salt Of Hearts, 60G
- - Bart Allspice Ground 40g
- 100 G Saras Turmeric Haldi Powder
- - Jalpur Curry Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a large skillet, melt 1/4 cup butter over medium heat.
- 3. Add 1 finely chopped onion and 1 1/2 cups rice to the skillet. Cook and stir until the rice turns golden and the onion becomes tender, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon allspice, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon curry powder, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper, ensuring the spices coat the rice evenly.
- 5. Transfer the rice mixture to an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Arrange 500 g of diced chicken breast evenly over the rice.
- 6. Heat 3 1/2 cups chicken broth until boiling, then pour it over the rice and chicken mixture in the casserole dish.
- 7. Cover the casserole dish tightly with a lid or aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed, the rice is tender, and the chicken is fully cooked.
- 8. Remove from the oven, fluff the rice with a fork, and serve hot.
