- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- - Schwartz Coriander Leaf Jar
- 100G Fresh Spices Fresh Small Green Chillies
- 500G Ghee, 500G
- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
- 250G Garlic 250g
- 100G Ginger 100G
- - Mccormick Cumin Powder
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 1 Kg Superfine Gram Flour, 1Kg
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of superfine gram flour, 1 finely chopped onion, 2 chopped green chillies, 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon of ajwain, 1 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder, and salt to taste.
- 2. Gradually add water to the mixture and knead it into a firm dough.
- 3. Divide the dough into small equal-sized balls.
- 4. Roll each ball into a flat round paratha using a rolling pin and some dry flour for dusting.
- 5. Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat and place the rolled paratha on it.
- 6. Cook the paratha on one side until small bubbles appear, then flip it over.
- 7. Spread a little ghee on the paratha and cook until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
- 8. Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
- 9. Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or chutney.
