Ingredients
- NaN Fresh Halal British Chicken Thigh Mince
- 1 Kg Yellow/White Onion 1kg
- 50G Rajah Whole Dhaniya, Coriander Seeds 50G
- - Sapna Ginger Garlic Paste 1kg
- 1 L Crisp N Dry Oil
- 400 G Natco Garam Masala Powder 400g
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 100G Trs Chilli Powder 100G
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the Cofresh Whole Green Chilli and Fresh Onion. Set aside.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped green chilli, chopped onion, Schwartz Coriander Leaf, Mccormick Cumin Powder, Natco Garam Masala Powder, Rajah Dhaniya Whole Coriander Seeds, Chilli Powder Rajah, and Sapna Ginger Garlic Paste.
- 3. Add a pinch of Top-Op Table Salt to the mixture and mix thoroughly to ensure all the spices and ingredients are evenly distributed.
- 4. Gradually add a small amount of Crisp N Dry Oil to the mixture to help bind the ingredients together. Mix until the mixture holds its shape.
- 5. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a cylindrical kebab around a skewer.
- 6. Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with Crisp N Dry Oil.
- 7. Cook the kebabs on the grill or pan, turning occasionally, until they are evenly browned and cooked through, approximately 10-12 minutes.
