- 1 Kg Natco Mung Dal Yellow
- - Ktc Coconut Milk 400ml
- 500 G Fresh Vine Tomato 500g
- 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
- - Jalpur Cumin Seeds
- 50 G Vandevi Asafoetida 50g
- 100G Fresh Spices Fresh Small Green Chillies
- - Fresh Asian Coriander Bunch
- 1 Pc Gopuff Morrisons Cabbage
- 100G Ginger 100G
- 250G Garlic 250g
- 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
- 1 Ltr Ktc Sunflower Oil

- 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the moong dal thoroughly under cold running water until the water runs clear, then set aside to drain.
- 2. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and hing, allowing them to sizzle for 30 seconds to release their aroma.
- 3. Add chopped tomato, red bell pepper, and cabbage to the pot. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- 4. Stir in the drained moong dal, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the dal with the spices.
- 5. Pour in enough water to cover the dal and vegetables. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the dal is tender and cooked through.
- 6. Add the coconut milk and green chili (if using), stirring well. Simmer for another 5 minutes to blend the flavors.
- 7. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot in bowls and enjoy the hearty soup.
