- 300G Love Me Tender Babycorn
- - 60g Red Chili
- Single Capsicum/Green Pepper (Single)
- 500 G Brown & Polson Cornflour
- 500 Ml Groundnut Oil 500ml
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 170G Dr. Oetker Baking Powder 170g

- 1. Thaw the frozen baby corns and pat them dry with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of corn flour, 1/4 cup of organic plain flour, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
- 3. Add 1 teaspoon of table salt, chopped red chillies, and slices of green pepper to the dry ingredients.
- 4. Pour in a tablespoon of dark soy sauce and some water gradually, mixing to form a smooth batter. It should be thick enough to coat the baby corns.
