- - Kerrymaid UHT Whipping Cream
- 95 Ml Dr. Oetker Large Vanilla Extract
- 175G Amaretti Biscuits, 175G
- - Lurpak Unsalted Butter
- NaN Tate & Lyle Icing Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- 2. Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then mix it with the biscuit crumbs until well combined.
- 3. Divide the biscuit mixture evenly into 4 serving glasses or cups, pressing it down firmly to create a base layer. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- 4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gradually fold in the double cream until the mixture is thick and well combined.
