  • - Tata Salt
  • 50G Niharti Clove Laving Powder 50g

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together 3/4 cup butter and 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. 3. Add 1 egg and 1/4 cup molasses to the butter mixture, and mix until well combined.
  4. 4. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/8 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp ground cloves.

  6. 6. Using a teaspoon, scoop small portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
