- 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
- 200G All Things Butter Unsalted Butter
- 300G Hls Msc Hake Skin On Fillet Portions
- 200 Ml Isigny Sainte Mere Aop Creme Fraiche
- 38G Schwartz Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix
- 280G Caprichos Del Paladar Roasted Chopped Tomatoes, 280G
- 300G Fish Said Fred Msc Big Cod Fillets
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Melt 1/2 cup of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 cup of chopped onion, 1/4 cup of diced bell pepper, and 1/2 cup of diced celery. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- 3. Add 1 lb of hake to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, just until the fish is firm enough to handle without falling apart. Remove the fish and set aside.
- 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of creme fraiche, 1 cup of cheddar cheese sauce, and 1 can of chopped tomatoes (with juices). Mix well.
- 5. Gently fold in 1 lb of peeled and deveined shrimp, 1/2 lb of shrimp, and the sautéed vegetables into the soup mixture.
- 6. Lightly grease a 12 x 18-inch baking dish. Place the cooked hake at the bottom of the dish, then pour the seafood and vegetable mixture evenly over the top.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dish is bubbling and the shrimp are fully cooked.
