- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
- 6 X 400G Cirio Polpa Finissima Finely Chopped Italian Tomatoes
- - Potts Beef Stock Can
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 1.5 Kg Best In Plain Flour 1.5 Kg
- - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
- - Tata Salt
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.
- 2. Add 3 pork chops at a time and brown them well on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. Repeat with the remaining pork chops.
- 3. Add 1 diced green pepper to the skillet and sauté for 3 minutes until slightly softened. Remove and set aside.
- 4. Stir in 2 tablespoons of flour into the skillet and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- 5. Gradually blend in 2 cups of beef stock, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Stir well and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 6. Return the browned pork chops to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them to coat evenly.
- 7. Cover the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for about 1 hour, or until the pork chops are tender.
- 8. Stir in 2 diced tomatoes and the sautéed green pepper. Cover and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- 9. Serve the pork chops hot with the sauce and vegetables spooned over the top.
