- 1.5 Kg Harry & Percy British Mashing Potatoes
- 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff

Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Peel and slice 2 cups of potatoes into thin rounds. Dice 1 cup of bell pepper, 2 cups of celery, and 1 onion.
- 3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook 1 1/2 pounds of halal ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper.
- 4. In a 3-quart casserole dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes, followed by half of the cooked ground beef, half of the diced bell pepper, and half of the celery. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- 5. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, ground beef, bell pepper, and celery. Sprinkle with another pinch of salt and pepper.
- 6. Pour 2 cans of diced tomatoes evenly over the top of the layers. Spread the sliced onion over the tomatoes.
- 7. Cover the casserole dish with a lid or aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until the potatoes are tender and the flavors are well combined.
- 8. Remove from the oven and let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
