Ingredients

  • 1.5 Kg Harry & Percy British Mashing Potatoes
  • 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
  • 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
  • 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
  • - Thomas Ridley Fresh British Beef Mince
  • 400G Mutti Organic Chopped Italian Tomatoes
  • 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
  • 12.5 Kg Top-Op Cooking Salt 12.5kg

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Peel and slice 2 cups of potatoes into thin rounds. Dice 1 cup of bell pepper, 2 cups of celery, and 1 onion.
  3. 3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook 1 1/2 pounds of halal ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper.
  4. 4. In a 3-quart casserole dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes, followed by half of the cooked ground beef, half of the diced bell pepper, and half of the celery. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, ground beef, bell pepper, and celery. Sprinkle with another pinch of salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Pour 2 cans of diced tomatoes evenly over the top of the layers. Spread the sliced onion over the tomatoes.
  7. 7. Cover the casserole dish with a lid or aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until the potatoes are tender and the flavors are well combined.
  8. 8. Remove from the oven and let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
