- 60G Terre Exotique Black Sao Tome Pepper, 60G
- 295G Heinz Weight Watchers Tomato Soup
- 100G Borwicks Bicarbonate Of Soda, 100G
- 500G Garofalo Spaghetti
- - Tata Salt
- - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar
- NaN Organic Golden Flaxseed Flour
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup bread crumbs, 1 cup cooked lentils, 2 tbsp organic golden flaxseed flour mixed with 6 tbsp water, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, and 2 tsp oregano. Mix well and form into balls.
- 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly brown the lentil balls on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- 3. In a saucepan, combine 2 cans of tomato soup, 2 soup cans of water, 1/2 cup sugar, and 2 tsp oregano. Stir well and bring to a boil.
- 4. Once the sauce is boiling, add 1 tsp baking soda and stir until the foam subsides.
- 5. Add the browned lentil balls to the sauce, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 35 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the size of the lentil balls.
- 6. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, and serve the lentil balls and sauce over the spaghetti.
