- 1 Kg Yellow/White Onion 1kg
- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick

- 250G Granoro Breadcrumbs, 250G
- 70G Mill & Mortar Citrus Salt Flakes, 70G
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Boil 2 cups of green beans and 1 whole onion in a pot of water until the beans are tender, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 3. Chop the boiled onion and return it to the pot with the green beans. Add 1/2 cup of diced green pepper, 1 cup of chopped celery, and 1 cup of tomato sauce. Stir to combine.
- 4. Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the casserole as a topping.
- 6. Bake the casserole uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
