  • 454 g Southcliffe Turkey Mince 454G
  • 1.5 kg Green Fine Beans 1X1.5Kg
  • 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
  • 800G Essential Cuisine Savoury Wild Mushroom Sauce, 800G
  • 653G Mccain Baby Hasselback Potatoes Salt & Pepper
  • - Tata Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground turkey until fully cooked, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Season lightly with salt and set aside.
  2. 2. Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds. Place them at the bottom of the crock-pot to form an even layer.
  3. 3. Add the drained green beans and the diced celery on top of the potatoes.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of water with mushroom sauce. Pour this mixture over the vegetables in the crock-pot.
  5. 5. Add the cooked ground turkey on top of the vegetables and mushroom sauce mixture, spreading it evenly.
  6. 6. Cover the crock-pot and cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours, or until the potatoes are tender and the flavors are well combined.
