- 454 g Southcliffe Turkey Mince 454G
- 1.5 kg Green Fine Beans 1X1.5Kg
- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
- 800G Essential Cuisine Savoury Wild Mushroom Sauce, 800G
- 653G Mccain Baby Hasselback Potatoes Salt & Pepper
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground turkey until fully cooked, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Season lightly with salt and set aside.
- 2. Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds. Place them at the bottom of the crock-pot to form an even layer.
- 3. Add the drained green beans and the diced celery on top of the potatoes.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of water with mushroom sauce. Pour this mixture over the vegetables in the crock-pot.
- 5. Add the cooked ground turkey on top of the vegetables and mushroom sauce mixture, spreading it evenly.
- 6. Cover the crock-pot and cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours, or until the potatoes are tender and the flavors are well combined.
- 7. Serve hot as a complete and satisfying dinner.
