- 50G Picard Chopped Flat Parsley
- 165G Philadelphia Lightest Low Fat Soft Cream Cheese
- - Celery
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
- 120G Rockfish Tinned Mount'S Bay Sardines Escabeche, 120G
- - Schwartz Garlic Salt
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 225 g cream cheese, 225 g flaked cooked sardines, 1/4 cup finely chopped celery, 2 tablespoons finely chopped pimento, 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- 2. Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands or a spatula.
- 3. Wrap the salmon cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the ball to firm up.
- 4. Once chilled, remove the plastic wrap and coat the outside of the ball evenly with 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh parsley.
- 5. Serve the salmon cheese ball with your favorite crackers or fresh vegetable sticks for dipping.
