Instructions

  1. 1. Cut 900 g chuck roast into 1/4-inch slices.
  2. 2. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add the chuck roast slices, 1 diced onion, and 3 minced garlic cloves. Cook until the meat is browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
