- 165G Philadelphia Lightest Low Fat Soft Cream Cheese
- 1 Bunch Fresh Dill (Bunch)
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
- 240G Salmon Fillets With Lemon & Pepper Butter
- 500G Baker Street Seeded Rye Bread
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the 12 slices of bread on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden and crisp.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 3 oz cream cheese, 3 tbsp chopped fresh dill, and 1 tsp lemon juice. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well blended.
- 3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the toasted bread slices.
- 4. Slice the 1/4 lb salmon into thin pieces and place one slice on top of each prepared toast.
