Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a casserole dish.
  2. 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 1 lb of ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.
  3. 3. Add 1 diced onion and 1/2 cup diced green pepper to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  4. 4. Stir in 1 can of tomato soup, 1 cup of whole kernel corn, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 3/4 teaspoon of pepper. Mix well and let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes.
