  • 2.46 Kg Packington Free Range Large Chicken
  • 324G Borough Broth Low Fodmap Chicken Bone Broth
  • 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
  • 400G Natco Rich & Creamy Coconut Milk, 400G
  • 200 Ml Isigny Sainte Mere Aop Creme Fraiche
  • 10 Kg Salaam Basmati Rice 10kg
  • 100G Terre Exotique Winemaker'S Salt, 100G

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 can of coconut milk, 1 can of creme fraiche, 1 can of cream of celery soup, 2 cups of basmati rice, and 1 can of chicken broth. Mix until well blended.
  3. 3. Pour the rice and soup mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. 4. Place the chicken pieces on top of the rice mixture, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
  5. 5. Season the chicken with 1 teaspoon of pepper and 1 teaspoon of salt.
  6. 6. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2 1/2 hours.
  7. 7. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes, allowing the chicken to brown slightly.
