- 2.5 Kg Casa Marrazzo Organic Chopped Tomatoes, 2.5Kg
- 50G Picard Chopped Flat Parsley

- 400G Dunns River Red Kidney Beans

Instructions
- 1. Heat a large kettle over medium heat. Add 1/2 lb ground turkey and cook, stirring frequently, until fully browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- 2. Add 1 cup chopped onion, 1 cup diced carrot, 2 diced zucchini, 2 cups shredded cabbage, and 1 minced garlic clove to the kettle. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables begin to soften.
- 3. Stir in 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, and 1 tsp parsley. Pour in 2 vegetable stock cubes and 1 can (16 oz) of diced tomatoes with their juice. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 4. Add 1 can of red kidney beans (undrained) to the soup and stir well. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes to heat the beans through.
