- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper

- 200G Canvin And Gunner British Beef Bavette Steak
- 100G Terre Exotique Winemaker'S Salt, 100G
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- 2. In a large bowl, coat 900 g of stewing beef with 1/4 cup of flour, ensuring all pieces are evenly covered.
- 3. Heat a Dutch oven over medium heat and brown the floured beef on all sides. Remove the beef and set aside.
- 4. Add 1 chopped onion, 1 diced green pepper, 1 cup of sliced carrots, and 1/2 cup of chopped celery to the Dutch oven. Sauté for 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- 5. Return the beef to the Dutch oven and add 1 cup of diced tomatoes and 1 tablespoon of salt. Stir to combine.
- 6. Pour in 1 cup of water, cover the Dutch oven with a lid, and transfer it to the preheated oven.
- 7. Bake for about 3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the beef is tender and the flavors are well combined.
- 8. If the gravy needs thickening, remove the Dutch oven from the oven, place it on the stovetop, and simmer uncovered for a few minutes until the desired consistency is reached.
- 9. Serve the stew hot with your choice of side, such as crusty bread or mashed potatoes.
