Ingredients

  • 500G Aunt Bessie'S Maple & Thyme Glazed Carrots
  • - Thomas Ridley Fresh British Beef Mince
  • 1 Kg Yellow/White Onion 1kg
  • 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
  • 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
  • 1 Kg Baby Potatoes 1kg
  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • - Schwartz Garlic Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large skillet, brown 500 g of lean ground beef with 1 diced onion, 1 diced bell pepper, and 2 diced celery stalks over medium heat until the beef is fully cooked and the vegetables are softened, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain any excess fat from the beef mixture and set it aside.
  3. 3. In a large pot, combine 2 diced carrots, 2 diced potatoes, 2 cans of no-salt-added diced tomatoes, 2 cans of no-salt-added mixed vegetables, and 1 tsp garlic salt. Add enough water to cover the ingredients by about an inch.
  4. 4. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Add the cooked beef mixture to the pot and continue to simmer for another 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the flavors are well combined.
  6. 6. Season the soup with 1 tsp black pepper to taste, stir well, and serve hot.
