Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a large baking dish, combine 1 1/2 cups of uncooked rice, 1 can of gluten-free beef broth, 1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon of, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix well to evenly distribute the herbs.
- 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Lightly brown 6 pork chops on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- 4. Arrange the browned pork chops on top of the rice mixture in the baking dish.
- 5. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the rice is tender and the pork chops are fully cooked.
