- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
- 480G Echigo Nihon No Gohan Japanese Cooked Rice, 480G
- 2.5 Kg Casa Marrazzo Organic Chopped Tomatoes, 2.5Kg
- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
- 80 Ml Ladolea Set Of 2 Lemon & Oregano Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 80Ml
Instructions
- 1. Heat 4 tablespoons of cooking fat in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2. Once the fat is hot, add 6 pork chops to the skillet. Brown them on both sides, about 15 minutes total.
- 3. Reduce the heat to medium. Place a slice of onion and a ring of green pepper on each pork chop.
- 4. Add 1 tablespoon of rice into each green pepper ring.
- 5. Pour 3 cups of diced tomatoes around the pork chops and sprinkle 1 cup of chopped celery evenly over the skillet.
- 6. Cover the skillet and let the mixture steam for about 8 minutes.
- 7. Reduce the heat to low and let the dish simmer for 60 minutes, ensuring the pork is fully cooked and tender.
