- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
- 2. Chop 1 head of cabbage into large pieces and spread them evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish.
- 3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown 1 1/2 lb of ground beef with 1 diced onion until the beef is fully cooked and the onion is softened, about 7-10 minutes.
- 4. Stir 1/2 cup of uncooked rice and 1 tsp of salt into the beef mixture, ensuring everything is well combined.
- 5. Spread the beef and rice mixture evenly over the cabbage in the casserole dish.
- 6. In a bowl, mix 1 can of gluten-free tomato soup with 1 can of water until smooth, then pour this mixture evenly over the beef and cabbage layers.
