- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
- - Borough Broth Co. Beef Bone Broth
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.
- 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 1 lb of ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
- 3. Add 2 cups of gluten-free chicken rice soup and 2 1/2 cups of water to the skillet with the beef. Stir in 1 cup of diced celery, 1/2 cup of diced green pepper, and 1 cup of uncooked rice. Mix well and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 4. Pour the boiling mixture into the prepared casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
