- 50G Picard Chopped Flat Parsley
- - Filippo Berio Garlic Flavoured Olive Oil
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 75Cl Mission Saint Vincent Bordeaux Blanc
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
- 225G The Tofoo Co. Original Seitan
- - Tata Salt
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 1/2 cup white wine, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix well to create the marinade.
- 2. Place 2 pounds of seitan in a large resealable plastic bag and set it in a deep bowl.
- 3. Pour the marinade mixture over the seitan, seal the bag, and gently massage to coat the seitan evenly. Refrigerate and marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
- 4. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Remove the seitan from the marinade, reserving the liquid, and thread them onto skewers.
- 5. Grill the seitan for 2-3 minutes per side, basting occasionally with the reserved marinade, until they are heated through. Serve immediately.
