  • 295G Heinz Weight Watchers Tomato Soup
  • 1 Kg Carrots - 1kg
  • 500 Ml Daylesford Organic Hot & Sour Vegetable Broth
  • - Caraway Seeds Bwfo
  • 653G Mccain Baby Hasselback Potatoes Salt & Pepper
  • - Kikkoman Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown 4 pork loin chops on both sides. Remove chops and drain on paper towels.
  2. 2. Drain off any excess drippings from the skillet.
  3. 3. In a bowl, combine 1 can of tomato soup, 1/2 cup vegetable broth, 1 tsp soy sauce, and 1/2 tsp caraway seeds. Stir well and pour the mixture into the skillet.
  4. 4. Return the pork chops to the skillet and arrange 6 peeled and quartered potatoes and 4 sliced carrots around the chops.
