- 295G Heinz Weight Watchers Tomato Soup
- 1 Kg Carrots - 1kg
- 500 Ml Daylesford Organic Hot & Sour Vegetable Broth
- - Caraway Seeds Bwfo
- 653G Mccain Baby Hasselback Potatoes Salt & Pepper
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown 4 pork loin chops on both sides. Remove chops and drain on paper towels.
- 2. Drain off any excess drippings from the skillet.
- 3. In a bowl, combine 1 can of tomato soup, 1/2 cup vegetable broth, 1 tsp soy sauce, and 1/2 tsp caraway seeds. Stir well and pour the mixture into the skillet.
- 4. Return the pork chops to the skillet and arrange 6 peeled and quartered potatoes and 4 sliced carrots around the chops.
- 5. Cover the skillet and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes, or until the pork chops are fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
- 6. Serve hot, ensuring each plate has a portion of pork chop, potatoes, and carrots with the sauce spooned over.
