  • Pack Tray Of 30 Medium Free Range Eggs
  • 1 Kg Italian Universal 00 Flour, 1Kg
  • - Tata Salt
  • - Ktc Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel and slice 2 large onions into thick rings, separating each layer.
  2. 2. In a bowl, soak the onion rings in 250 ml of milk for 30 minutes to soften and enhance flavor.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, beat 1 egg until smooth. Place 100 g of flour in another bowl and season with 1 tsp of salt.
  4. 4. Remove the onion rings from the milk, dip each ring into the beaten egg, and then coat thoroughly with the seasoned flour.
  5. 5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully drop the coated onion rings into the oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove the fried onion rings from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  7. 7. Sprinkle with an additional pinch of salt if desired and serve immediately.
