Ingredients
- 10 Pack Purely Organic Free Range Mixed Weight Eggs 10 Per Pack
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 200G Daylesford Smoked Trout
- 1.5 Kg Bacheldre Organic Stoneground Strong Malted Blend Flour, 1.5Kg
- - Tata Salt
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, flake 500 g of cooked salmon and combine it with 4 eggs, 4 tbsp of flour, 1 finely chopped onion, 1/2 tsp of salt, and 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
- 2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until a cohesive mixture forms.
- 3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 1 cm thick.
- 4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan.
- 5. Place the patties in the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 6. Remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- 7. Serve the crispy salmon patties warm with your choice of side or dipping sauce.
