Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
  • 2.27L / 4 Pints British Whole Milk 2.27L / 4 Pints
  • Pack Tray Of 30 Medium Free Range Eggs
  • - Tata Salt
  • - Ktc Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Kg Ktc Superfine Gram Flour 2kg

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel and slice 2 large onions into thick rings, separating each layer carefully.
  2. 2. In a bowl, soak the onion rings in 250 ml of milk for 30 minutes to soften and enhance flavor.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, beat 1 egg until smooth. In another bowl, place 100 g of gram flour.
  4. 4. Remove the onion rings from the milk, dip each ring into the beaten egg, and then coat it thoroughly with the gram flour.
  5. 5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat until hot. Fry the coated onion rings in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
