  • 500 Ml Tropicana Orange Original 500Ml
  • - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
  • 220G Daylesford Organic Redcurrant Jelly
  • 500 G Brown & Polson Cornflour
  • 50G Top-Op Clove Powder 50g
  • - Tata Salt
  • 50G Top-Op Nutmeg Powder 50g

Instructions

  1. 1. In a 2-quart saucepan, combine 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon ground clove, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and a pinch of asafoetida (hing).
  2. 2. Gradually stir in 1 1/2 cups orange juice and 1 teaspoon lemon juice until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
  3. 3. Place the saucepan over medium-high heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add 1 cup of fresh or canned cranberry puree to the thickened mixture and stir well to combine. Heat for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is heated through.
