- 300G Shana Okra Sliced Rings
- 280G Caprichos Del Paladar Roasted Chopped Tomatoes, 280G
- - Forest Whole Foods Organic White Quinoa
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add 1 diced onion, 1 diced green pepper, and 1 minced clove of garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 3. Stir in 2 cans of chopped tomatoes and 1 cup of sliced okra. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 4. Add 2 cups of cooked quinoa to the skillet and stir well to combine.
