- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO

- 250G Granoro Breadcrumbs, 250G
- - Schwartz Paprika
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Cut 2 medium zucchinis into 1/2-inch slices and sprinkle them with 1 tsp salt. Let them sit for 30 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
- 3. After 30 minutes, pat the zucchini slices dry with a paper towel.
- 4. In a shallow bowl, beat 1 large egg. In another bowl, mix 1 cup of breadcrumbs with 1/2 tsp black pepper and 1/2 tsp paprika.
- 5. Dip each zucchini slice into the beaten egg, then coat it evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- 6. Arrange the coated zucchini slices on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
