  • 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt

  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • NaN Old India Blanched Ground Almond Flour
  • - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
  • - Schwartz Italian Seasoning
  • 70G Mill & Mortar Citrus Salt Flakes, 70G

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. 2. In a shallow bowl, add 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt.
  3. 3. In another bowl, mix 1 cup of almond flour, 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Dip each chicken breast into the yogurt, ensuring it is fully coated.
  5. 5. Roll the yogurt-coated chicken breasts in the almond flour and Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating.

  7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, removing the foil during the last 10 minutes to allow the crust to crisp up.
