- 300 g Italian Pancetta, 300G
- 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
- 125G Florette Mixed Salad
- 1Pc Avacado 1pc
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Stir well and refrigerate the dressing until ready to use.
- 2. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill 3 cups of chicken breast until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
