Ingredients

  • 395G Heinz Mayonnaise 395g
  • - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
  • 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
  • - Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 300 g Italian Pancetta, 300G
  • 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
  • 125G Florette Mixed Salad
  • 1Pc Avacado 1pc

Instructions

  1. 1. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Stir well and refrigerate the dressing until ready to use.
  2. 2. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill 3 cups of chicken breast until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. Cook 10 slices of pancetta in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble into small pieces.
  4. 4. Slice 2 red bell peppers and press them gently between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  5. 5. Arrange 8 cups of mixed salad on individual plates. Top each plate with the chopped grilled chicken, sliced red bell peppers, and crumbled pancetta.
  6. 6. Just before serving, drizzle the chilled dressing over the salads and garnish with slices of 2 avocados.
  7. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy your keto-friendly dinner.
