- 500G Aunt Bessie'S Maple & Thyme Glazed Carrots
- 350G Typically Daylesford Organic Chicken Breasts
- 308G Roasted Sunflower Seeds, 308G
- - Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Kg Golden Raisins, 1Kg
- 125G Florette Mixed Salad
- 250 Ml Lucy'S Dressings Classic Balsamic Dressing
Instructions
- 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add 2 chicken breasts and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked through. Remove from water, let cool, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Wash and chop mixed salad into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
- 3. Peel and grate 3 carrots, then add them to the bowl with the lettuce.
- 4. Add 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and 1/2 cup of raisins to the bowl.
- 5. Add the chopped chicken to the salad and toss all ingredients together until evenly mixed.
