- 500 G Fresh Vine Tomato 500g
- - Tropical Sun Onion Powder
- - Tata Salt
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
- 1 Ltr Ktc Sunflower Oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your grill or griddle pan to medium-high heat, around 200°C, and lightly oil the surface to prevent sticking.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, smoked paprika, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly but avoid overworking the meat.
- 3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a patty about 2 cm thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent swelling during cooking.
- 4. Place the patties on the preheated grill or pan. Cook for 7-8 minutes per side, flipping carefully once, until the internal temperature reaches 74°C and the patties are golden brown and slightly charred.
- 5. While the burgers are cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden and warmed through.
- 6. Assemble the burgers by spreading a thin layer of Dijon mustard on the bottom bun. Add a lettuce leaf, a patty, sliced tomatoes, and red onion rings. Top with the upper bun.
- 7. Serve immediately with a side of a simple green salad for a complete meal.
