  • 500 G Fresh Vine Tomato 500g
  • - Tropical Sun Onion Powder
  • - Tata Salt
  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
  • 1 Ltr Ktc Sunflower Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your grill or griddle pan to medium-high heat, around 200°C, and lightly oil the surface to prevent sticking.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, smoked paprika, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly but avoid overworking the meat.
  3. 3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a patty about 2 cm thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent swelling during cooking.
  4. 4. Place the patties on the preheated grill or pan. Cook for 7-8 minutes per side, flipping carefully once, until the internal temperature reaches 74°C and the patties are golden brown and slightly charred.
  5. 5. While the burgers are cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden and warmed through.
  6. 6. Assemble the burgers by spreading a thin layer of Dijon mustard on the bottom bun. Add a lettuce leaf, a patty, sliced tomatoes, and red onion rings. Top with the upper bun.
  7. 7. Serve immediately with a side of a simple green salad for a complete meal.
